Top store, super hygienic, everything was very clean, delicious coffee, the baked goods, rolls and snacks, always very fresh and tasty, very friendly staff

Was there for the first time, went to the cash register and said I have a pretzel with cream cheese. The cashier pulls the bag from my hand “I can't understand you. Give me the bag "look into the bag (without a face mask!) And speak while doing it .... I'm a part-time job in the service but I would never allow myself that. The shop itself was just great that bothered me a lot.

The staff here are very rude. Signs are written 2 clearly, and then get the sentence pounded on the head by the staff "German language difficult language" that's the last thing to say as a customer. I will avoid the shop !!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎 Recommendation: once and never again.

Find it great that it is back on ... hope it stays that way .. Find the coffee particles really fresh .. love to come back. Staff seems to be a bit stressed but as I've heard there is a lack of staff but they still do their best ...

There is nothing wrong with clean and fresh

The food tastes very fresh, there is coffee and other drinks. This is a self-service shop. I often find it too crowded and the staff is very moody. The radio is much too loud, you can also sit in there, but a loud, stressful atmosphere.

Here in Landau (palatinate) the staff is very rude, the floor is dirty, the Panini rolls are hard and the coffee (no matter what kind) is the dirt from the machine and the coffee grounds in the cup. By and large, I will not recommend the baked goods.

Typical discount bakery of which there are far too many. If it is not so much about taste and quality but fast going for little money, you will find something here.

That was definitely my last visit to this branch today. The quality has diminished greatly. Cappuccino inedible. Berliner dry, I'm used to that from other branches.

The staff are very friendly, everything is always fresh and clean. Here is just the group regular guests shortcoming, the daily loud and visually not very appealing guests from the visit and blocked seats
